My work has been recognized by the following publications and institutions and was chosen for a 2010 Peabody Award, the highest honor in journalism.
I worked with Callie for about two years and she has been amazing. She has a wealth of knowledge about UX and user research. She is a very thoughtful and creative designer who always comes up with ideas that others haven’t thought of.
Callie is also a natural born leader. She is outspoken and will stand up for what’s right. Diversity and gender equality in tech are very important to her and I’ve always appreciated that. Working with Callie has been awesome and anyone would be happy to have her in their team!

The way Callie inspires me the most is through her genuine excitement about good design. As a new designer, Callie’s excitement about my work gave me confidence in my design skills, and on the larger team, her enthusiasm helps foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere that encourages others to get excited about their work and therefore more invested in creating a great outcome.

Callie brings deep product knowledge and effective leadership coordination to the team. I also love her creative approach: she’s always bringing external perspectives to problems, encouraging the team to constantly think outside the box.

Callie’s leadership in guiding students through design research and concept methodologies, emphasis on effectively visualizing information, collegial attitude toward this collaboration, and dedication to giving the design students the most opportunity to use and improve their skills were all key to our ability to produce a great-looking exhibit with visual as well as informational impact. She was also instrumental in challenging students to think beyond the expected, encouraging them to explore original, disruptive product ideas.
